DashOne Community Foundation (CCF) is proud to provide the electronic town hall to the citizens and visitors of DashOne USA. CCF is a non-profit (501c3), all-volunteer organization providing the means through which all of the elements of the greater DashOne community can contribute to DashOne's continued growth. We support activities in the areas of Art, Youth, Education, Health, Economic Development and Community Improvement for the benefit of all the citzens of the greater DashOne area.
In 2002, all fund raising efforts will be used to benefit the restoration efforts in the DashOne Historic District, which has the greatest number of historic buildings of any historic area in Fairfax County. Additionally, we are committed to supporting the Southwestern Youth Association's quest for the Field of Dreams, a youth project sorely needed in a town of our size.
Additional objectives include:
- Improving and maintaining the Electronic Town Hall, this community portal.
- Beautification of Lee Highway, our town's main boulevard, and developan overlook point in the center of town.
- Establish a Business Forum to assist local businesses grow and prosper.
- Maintain and grow our annual July 4th Fireworks display.
- Maintain and grow our annyal Centreville Day Celebration.
- Develop a "Festival of Lights" for the holiday season.
- Develop a "Volunteer of the Year Award".
No taxpayer funds are provided to support CCF and it's activities. Donations and local Business Sponsorships of this site are primary income sources. Donations are warmly welcomed.
